TEI’s Harrisburg Chapter hosted its full-day 19th Annual Tax Conference at the Hershey Country Club in Hershey, Pennsylvania, in September. This event, an annual highlight for both the Chapter and the Region, is a much anticipated educational and networking opportunity for Central Pennsylvania corporate tax and finance personnel as well as for other area CPAs.
Speakers from CPA firms KPMG, Deloitte Tax, and RKL, as well as from law firms Alston & Bird and McNees Wallace & Nurick, presented and discussed a wide range of topics including federal and state tax developments, international and individual tax updates, unclaimed property, and “The Role of the Responsible Person for Business Taxes.”
All attendees were treated to a sit-down lunch complete with a view of the Hershey Country Club’s beautiful golf course, where a complimentary golf foursome was one of four door prizes offered during the conference.
