TEI is back in the Big Easy! Under the direction of LT Toras, chapter president, and Wayne Hamilton, chapter representative, TEI relaunched the former New Orleans Chapter as the newly reconstituted Gulf States Chapter. The new name reflects the Institute’s commitment to expanding its reach beyond New Orleans to serve members along the Mississippi and Alabama Gulf Coast.
On April 19, the chapter hosted a sold-out kickoff event with a full day of sessions covering federal, state and local, and tax technology topics, plus an update from the Louisiana Department of Revenue and a networking event!
