TEI’s 2023 Mergers & Acquisitions Seminar is designed to educate in-house professionals on the critical tax and operational issues relevant to M&A transactions.  Seminar attendees will explore the business, tax, and integration considerations involved in planning for, implementing, and managing a successful M&A transaction.

Day Two – Tuesday, February 7, 2023

2:30 – 3:30 pm – Impact of Inflation Reduction Act on M&A Transactions
These sessions will frame TEI’s program, a seamless two-day seminar on how to successfully plan for and manage an M&A transaction from the perspective of an in-house tax professional.  The seminar’s speaker cadre has been drawn from the firms advising companies on practical as well as cutting edge M&A tax issues.
